Founders Reservation Deposits

All Founders Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit secures your production slot and is credited toward your final purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of full payment confirmation.
After 24 hours, orders are locked into production and cannot be canceled.

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only under the following conditions:
• Request submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Exchanges are subject to inventory availability
• If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:
• Notify us within 5 days of delivery
• Provide photo documentation
• We will replace the item at no cost
